Sandrick Law Firm: Mowimy po polsku!
About The Firm
From our experience, when a firm or business has an office downtown, they tend to stay downtown and don’t appreciate or understand how property taxes affect the diverse commercial and industrial real estate markets in Cook County. At Sandrick Law Firm, understanding how property taxes and market values are linked, particularly in the south and southwest suburbs, is our first step in providing our clients with the real property tax relief they need for overtaxed property.
Bill Sandrick is a respected attorney with more than 25 years of exclusive practice in property tax and assessment law. Bill formed Sandrick Law Firm in 1997 and is dedicated to providing business owners and real estate investors with first class property tax representation. We often say: “When you have an office downtown, you tend to stay downtown and never develop an understanding of how property taxes impact the diverse commercial and industrial real estate markets in Cook County.” Understanding how property taxes and market values are linked, particularly in the south and southwest suburbs, is Bill’s first step in providing the type of representation you need to find relief for overtaxed property.
Bill graduated from Butler University in 1988 and from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1991. He is active in numerous chambers of commerce, including the Chicago Southland Chamber, and has spoken at various seminars. He lives in Indiana with his wife Leanne, their two sons Matthew and Joseph, and black lab Homer.
